Before Entry

Know Which Unit and Items Are Ready

Auction leftovers and abandoned property need a clearly identified removal area.

02

Illegal dumping outside a unit is a separate property-area request.

03

Additional units or common areas must be confirmed before being added.

04

The correct facility and unit must stay attached to every request.

The Physical Route

Protect the Aisle While the Unit Is Cleared

Gate access, the drive aisle, staging position, and the route from the authorized unit should be understood before work begins.

Questions

Storage Facilities FAQs

What can storage-facility teams expect from Flying Flamingo?

Send the facility, unit number, an authorized contact, gate or access instructions, and what's inside the unit, and the team reviews the request before confirming anything. This covers a single vacated unit, an auction leftover, or a batch of units at once — each one identified separately so the scope stays clear. Completion photos and an itemized invoice can be requested for your records. Flying Flamingo does not handle auctions, lien processes, or tenant notices, and access is limited to units and areas you've confirmed are authorized for removal.

What authorization details are needed?

Provide the facility contact, unit numbers, access plan, and confirmation that the listed contents may be removed.

Can one request cover multiple units?

Yes. List each unit and scope separately so the request can be reviewed without confusion.

What about illegal dumping or hallway obstructions?

Share photographs and the exact authorized area. Access and material restrictions still need to be reviewed before service.

Have a Unit or Property Area to Clear?

Send the facility, unit, contact, access instructions, and items to remove so the request can be reviewed.
