Still Undecided
Anything awaiting another decision should not be included for loading.
Private or Sensitive
Remove or clearly separate records, medications, valuables, and personal materials first.
Needs Another Provider
Hazardous, regulated, contaminated, or specialized cleanup material falls outside ordinary removal.
When ownership or permission is uncertain, leave the item out of the removal group until the appropriate person makes the decision.

Some Conditions Need a Different Kind of Service
Heavily cluttered spaces do not automatically contain hazardous conditions. If any of the following are present or suspected, disclose them before booking so the request can be reviewed accurately.

Some conditions may make the request unsuitable for standard junk removal. Specialized remediation or another provider may be required, and disclosure does not guarantee that the work can be accepted.

Can you clear only one room?

Who should confirm what is being removed?

Can the cleanout happen in more than one stage?

What photos should I send?

Do you provide organizing, deep cleaning, or remediation?
No professional organizing, sorting of every possession, deep cleaning, sanitization, mold or biohazard remediation, pest removal, structural repair, or hazardous-material cleanup is promised.
Can you remove private documents or medications?
Remove or clearly separate private records, medications, valuables, firearms, and regulated items before service. Secure document destruction and medication disposal are not provided.
What if some items are still undecided?
Keep undecided belongings outside the approved removal group until the appropriate person confirms what should happen.
Can you work when access paths are blocked?
Send photos of the current path without putting yourself at risk. The team must review whether there is adequate, safe working access before the request can be accepted.
