No. Attic entry is not assumed. The opening, stairs or ladder, walking surface, headroom, temperature, ventilation, item size, and other conditions must be reviewed first.
What photos should I send?
Photograph the opening from below and above, the stairs or ladder, the walking surface, ceiling height, path to the items, largest items, and any narrow turns.
Should I move boxes closer to the hatch?
Only if you can do so safely without stepping onto uncertain surfaces or disturbing insulation or unknown material. Otherwise leave the items in place and send photos.
Can insulation or unknown material be removed?
Do not assume it is accepted. Insulation, unknown material, damaged containers, or potentially hazardous material should not be disturbed and may not be handled.
